Flag Football

This program focuses on foundational understanding of the sport of Football, physical activity, simple exhibition style games, and an introduction to our Raiders Family. 

The Holland Raiders Mascot Cheer program is for our youngest cheer athletes

This program focuses on foundational understanding of the sport of Cheerleading, physical activity, simple game sidelines cheers, and an introduction to our Raiders Family. 

Our beautiful Home Field is on Legion Drive in Holland, NY (down the hill)

Season begins Mid- September and goes through Mid-October. 

Practices 

2 days a week

Games  are scheduled if possible as exhibitions in house as a companion to our flag football program or vs. other Empire West Flag programs
